In a Private session we will begin with an assessment. There is no judgement in this assessment, we are looking to see what your current patterns are. From here we can craft a plan to create shifts in your patterns and movements that will also create shifts in how you feel.
Your quality of life is impacted when you don't feel well. My goal is to help you get back to the activities you love. We will work on steps to build a strong reflexive core and find your optimal alignment.
You will leave your first session with me with a set of tailor made exercises for you and the issue you want to work on.
"Sarah and I know each other from our Beach Club. We worked together one on one while she was putting together her video. I have had 2 knees replaced and one foot has a screw in it so, I am a little fragile when it comes to floor exercise, especially with balance.
Sarah was very aware of this and helped me to complete each exercise with no pain or uncomfortable positions. All the positions she taught me worked on balance, stability and comfort and of course my core. When she saw that the blocks were not working for me, she gave me alternative ways to do the same exercise. Wonderful teacher!"
