Health isn't a journey from A to B, but a journey of A to B to C  ... all the way to Z. This program was designed to take you there at a doable pace, piece by piece and day by day.

This program was created to be accessible and BITE-SIZED. We all know it's so important to add movement to our daily lives, but when we have osteoporosis or osteopenia, it can be hard to know where to start.
In each short daily video (Monday - Fridays), you'll receive a tool on strength, mobility, posture, balance or bones. I'll demonstrate the exercises for you to try right along with me. We'll do strength-training, releasing and stretching.
Each week will be themed. We'll explore movements related to posture, walking, lower body strength, gracefully moving from sitting to standing, reaching overhead, and more.
To get the most from the program, you'll need a few household items or specialty fitness items. You'll need a yoga block (or book you don't mind standing on), a 2-3 inch rubber ball or tennis ball, a yoga strap or tie/scarf, small weights (2 cans of beans or bottles of water work well), and a light to medium weight resistance band. 
The program includes free access to a foundational course, where I teach you the basics on breathing for your core, alignment, walking and more! You'll also be guided through an assessment every 90 days, so that you can really see the strength, mobility and skills you're gaining.

About Your Teacher

Hi, I'm Sarah Purcell, and I'm a longtime yoga and pilates teacher. I've created Bone Boot Camp for Osteoporosis specifically. I successfully reversed my osteoporosis with weight bearing activity, and Bone Boot Camp was created to promote bone growth for you too.


I work with clients in-person in Florida, and online via Zoom.


My goal is to spread the word that aging does not have to mean core and pelvic floor dysfunction and aches and pains that keep coming back. You can grow stronger and healthier as you age!
